Got all of the plants into the ground tonight. Lyl

Got all of the plants into the ground tonight. Lyle dug holes and I planted. I said a prayer over them and am hoping for the best, but who knows. A bunny may come and decide that I laid out the nicest buffet it’s ever seen and come eat them all, despite my fencing efforts. But here’s hoping not, and that I’m posting yummy veggies in a few months!

It’s the perfect day for playing hard and then taking a porch swing nap 🤍 A baby on each side fast asleep is my current happy place.

It’s definitely not a glamorous life. My days ar

It’s definitely not a glamorous life. My days are generally long and filled with hard work. But, it’s gratifying and I wouldn’t trade it.
I have almost half the garden fenced and netted, and Lyle learned to till! We still have a LOT of that left to do, but I can get most my fall garden in the ground now!

I’m sure you are tired of plant pictures, but I will forever be amazed at their beauty 🌱

(I’m not growing the sunflower, I’ve just been admiring them for three weeks on the side of the road and last night, on the way home from church, God gifted me the perfect timing to finally get a picture of them, with a train blocking the road 🤍)
